If your piece isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

We'll always refund you if:

• We sent the wrong item (oops — that's on us)
• Your piece showed up damaged or defective

Email us at support@arealsoftie.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. An actual human will read it and make it right — usually within a day or two.
